My name is Ilona van Nijburg. I am the owner of PARKER MGMT, an Amsterdam-based boutique model agency.

With PARKER I want to represent a more inclusive, cool club of professional models who can make a difference in this industry by being more than just a pretty face!
By showcasing an exciting board with a variety of types, I aspire to broaden the set boundaries of the established fashion world.

In my role as manager my goal is to guide models with the following core values: transparency, honesty, involvement, individuality, and authenticity.

Thanks to many years of experience in the modelling business, I have built a worldwide group of clients and brands including Prada, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Zara, Bottega Venetta, Vogue Magazine, Dior, Celine, Louis Vuitton and many more.

Born from a desire to bring back the ability to create top models, instead of one day flies, PARKER handles each of its models with a unique approach. I will always stand up for my models and their wellbeing is my priority. Therefore, I work with people who understand and emphasize the core values of PARKER MGMT. Together we connect talents and brands, working on every aspect from runway to editorials to advertising campaigns in order to develop strong talents to an international level.

ABOUT ME

In my early twenties I started my adventure as a freelance scout and soon started my first agency. After ten years of success it was time for a new challenge that represented my vision of a more inclusive industry so PARKER MGMT was born.
